At ClicktekCreative, we understand that the condition of your board game is paramount. We pack every order with meticulous care to ensure it arrives in mint condition. However, we acknowledge that issues can occur during transit or due to manufacturing defects. Our return and refund policy is designed to be as transparent and hassle-free as possible for our collector community.
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a standard return, the game must be completely unopened, with the original shrink wrap perfectly intact. We cannot accept returns on games that have been punched, played, or removed from their factory seal, unless they are defective. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your game arrives with a damaged box (dented corners, crushed edges, or torn shrink wrap), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of both the shipping carton and the damaged product. Depending on the severity of the damage and our current stock levels, we will offer a partial refund, a replacement box (if available), or a full return and replacement at our expense.
Missing a wooden meeple? Got a miscut deck of cards? This is an unfortunately common occurrence in modern board game manufacturing. In most cases, the fastest way to resolve this is by contacting the game publisher directly via their dedicated replacement parts form. However, if the publisher is unresponsive or international, our concierge team will step in. We maintain a "boneyard" of spare parts for many popular premium titles and will do everything in our power to supply you with the missing component free of charge.
Pre-orders for limited editions can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before the shipping label is generated. However, please be aware that cancelling a highly sought-after pre-order means you forfeit your allocation slot, and you will not be able to re-order the same item later if stock runs out. If you wish to cancel, simply reply to your confirmation email or contact our support team.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
